I always say that to find the best in everyone you must first find the best within yourself! Sometimes we forget to be kind to ourselves and understanding. Life is hard on us all but we're all on this journey together. I have a strong desire to reconnect the love and compassion for one another so I wrote a book in poetry form about my life's experiences. I lay it all out there for the world to see, I open my heart and my soul in this book hoping to lead by example in an effort to tare down the walls we put around ourselves for protection.
